There are many things we as a contractor will do to ensure that your experience is as pleasant as possible. Starting off, you will never have to speak to a sales staff. You will directly with us as the owners. This allows you to feel comfortable about the answers you are being given and filter out any 3rd party communication. We also use Web based expediting which allows you to track the progress of your new home. This system allows you to view photos, calendar schedule of work to be done, and work that has been completed. We are completely devoted to you as our client to make sure that we can do everything in our power to make sure all of your questions are answered. We will be there for you throughout, and after.
We have built "2" homes with Tim & Nick, and both times it was a very rewarding experience. We dealt directly with the owners, and felt that we could talk to them about anything during the process. At the end of the construction of our home, to our surprise we had money left over in our construction loan account. They actually came in under the contract price.
